Instant Booker is the front end of Intelligent Sales Calendar. Finally a way for your prospects to book meetings for your team fast, evenly, fairly and correctly.

Instant Booker detects email addresses in the page and inserts a small calendar button. Upon clicking, our app routes to the set of resources (queue) to which the prospect or customer should be assigned. It then display the calendar availability of these resources and enable the user to book a time in one click.

You can book meetings in one click from Gmail, Google Calendar, Salesforce, Salesforce Sales Console, Salesloft, Outreach and other tools.

You can also book into your own calendar with special templates that enable you to book meetings faster than ever before. In gmail or your favorite email tools you can send your prospect availability for your own calendar, your team’s calendar or a specific group of people from your team.

All meetings can be recorded in Salesforce.
